A music programme for children and young people at Royal Brompton Hospital receiving treatment for heart and lung diseases, has received new funding.

A bio waste processor has been installed at Royal Brompton Hospital to turn food waste into compost. The compost will be used in the hospital’s green areas and be made available for staff and locals to take away.

One of the networks set up to support staff and make Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals more inclusive places has been given a prestigious national award.
