Our strategy and values
Our Trust strategy and values set out who we are, what we're going to do and how we're going to do it.
We’ll do this together across all hospital and community sites that make up Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, which Royal Brompton Hospital and Harefield Hospital became part of in 2021.
Our strategy
Our Trust strategy to 2030 is to deliver ‘better, faster, fairer healthcare for all’. It sets out our ambitious plans to advance health and wellbeing as leaders in clinical care, education, research and innovation.
Our Trust strategy is underpinned by strategies within the service-based operated unites of the Trust: our 4 clinical groups.
Royal Brompton Hospital and Harefield Hospital are part of the Heart, Lung and Critical Care clinical group, which provides cardiovascular, respiratory and critical care services.
