Harefield Hospital is the UK's largest and most experienced centre for heart and lung transplants. We also work with the Heart Science Centre, who are at the forefront of research into heart disease and transplantation. 

We have two wards as our dedicated transplant unit. Our patients come in for transplant assessments, routine check-ups and for any post-transplant complications. We also run a follow-up clinic, focusing on helping our patients live as normal and active a life as possible.
